Qigong at JuJu PDF Print E-mail

Join us at juju for Free Qigong Sessions!

Dr. Mehmet Oz says, "If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do qigong."

Traditional Chinese Medicine says that health comes from the free flow of your vital life energy, "qi." When you practice qigong, you clear your energy blockages which can result in healing physically, mentally and spiritually. A recent survey of qigong practitioners showed a 36% increase in all aspects of their lives.

Join us this fall for 7 free group practice sessions with Certified Spring Forest Qigong Instructor, Healer and founder of HealQigong, Lynn Bachrach.  We'll spend about half of the practice doing gentle, slow moving "active exercises" that move your qi around inside your body. We'll spend the other half of the practice in a group guided meditation where you'll be moving the energy around your body by using your mind. And, we'll save a few moments to talk briefly and leave a few minutes for questions as well.  These sessions are perfect for beginners as well as experienced Qigong practitioners!

Here are some of the key benefits you can anticipate by practicing Qigong:

* Strengthen your physical energy and get rid of energy blockages
* Help open all energy channels in the body
* Bring your yin and yang energy back into balance
* Develop your spiritual energy so that you heal physically, mentally and spiritually.

You can achieve these results for yourself. The key is to start and maintain your
own daily qigong practice. Many find that it is helpful to support their practice
with group practice sessions. When you practice with a group, the energy can be
even stronger.

Schedule for the free qigong practice sessions at juju:

Monday, September 14th
Monday, September 28th
Monday, October 12th
Monday, October 26th
Monday, November 9th
Monday, November 23rd
Monday, December 7th

All sessions are held from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, please arrive by 3:45 and wear loose, comfortable clothing

All sessions will be held at juju spa & organics, 728 S. 4th St., Phila., PA 19147
